After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Defective product returns for international shoppers must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). If returning items by post, any liability or extra costs will be incurred by the customer. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted. Please email and include the following:

After inspection conducted by our Customer Service team upon receipt your e-mail, you will receive further instructions on how to return the merchandise. Items found to be worn, scratched, altered or damaged will not be refunded and will be returned back to the sender. If you didn’t receive any information from customer support team, please e-mail us again. We are not accept returns passed 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Please return the item/s in the original packaging (including all boxing, certificates and invoice) to ensure the item arrives back to us in the original condition in which it was sold. All boxing, instructions, receipts and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. Items must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered.

Complete the return section on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise with return form and the purchase order list as your proof of purchase and complete your name and address and affix. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Please include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise and use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.Your return package can be dropped off at any Post Office, or given to your USPS carrier. For your protection, fine jewelry and Avant Guard Fashion returns should be insured for their full value. Note that all Avant Guard Fashion returns will be inspected upon receipt back at our warehouse. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team if there are any questions related to the merchandise being returned.

When you use PayPal, we will refund your order credited to your PayPal account. Items returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.

Refunds will be credited to you by ECPAY in the same currency, using the current exchange rate. Please allow up to 25 business days for the credit to post to your account. (“Business days” are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note – if you have already used rewards points from an order that is being returned, the cash equivalent of the points used will not be refunded for returned order.

If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for information. In the event that your order is undeliverable, or if you refuse delivery of an order you have placed, you will be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes. Shipping charges, as well as duties and taxes, are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.

We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our supplier, Avant Guard Fashion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
